RHT Rajan Menon Foundation took part in the certification of Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs) for the elderly at the TRANS Focus Centre (located in Toh Yi Drive) on Saturday 30 January 2021, an initiative by the Singapore Management University Pro Bono Centre.
Deputy Chairman of the Foundation and RHTLaw Asia Partner Kaylee Kwok, together with RHTLaw Asia Associates Josephine Soh and Jonathan Lim, attended the session at TRANS Focus Centre to explain and certify LPAs for more than 30 elderly persons and their respective donees.
